A little about my career

☞ A B.Tech graduate (2006-2010) in Computer science & Engineering from WBUT, Kolkata.
☞ Ex IBM and Oracle employee.
☞ 12+ years of IT industry experience encompassing product development with wide range of skill sets, roles and industry verticals.
☞ Working as a Lead Software Engineer for Wells Fargo, one of the leading bank in US and world.
☞ Worked with Oracle and I was developing Cloud product, ACCS (Application Container Cloud Service) Oracle Cloud (PaaS).
☞ Worked closely with technical teams and clients to define project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, timing deliverables and funding.
☞ Motivating team members, communicating expectations and goals to project members which is crucial to project success.
☞ My strength includes building an effective cross functional team and developing the individuals by guiding/providing required trainings.
☞ Experience on Hybrid Mobile application development using MobileFirst and Ionic framework for Android and IOS.
☞ Strong knowledge in Front-end technologies like Advanced JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular, Vue.js, ReactJS, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 etc.

As a Senior Software Engineer, I was involved in complete life cycle of product development (design,development,test and implementation). I had the opportunity to play this role in IBM and Ascena retail Group Inc. It was amazing experince ☻

Full Stack Developer

As a FullStack developer, I was responsible for developing front-end as well as Backend. In front-end I have used diffrent UI stack including Agular,ReactJS,Vue.js,Jquery,HTML5,CSS3 etc. I have developed RESTful API using Node/Express and MYSQL. I truly enjoyed this opportunity to learn new technologies. I developed few Hybrid Mobile apps in Ionic as well. Happy coding ☻

Being hard core developer to becoming Tech Lead/Team Lead has been exciting experience.This is where I learnt how to work closely with team members and client. I get previledge to choose diffrent tech stack,managing team members etc. Awesome, is'nt it?

For an example, Gaven 20 hrs (5 hrs each day) of JavaScript Training in Dec 2016 while working with IBM.
